The Day After my 20th
Yesterday was my birthday, hence no posts. Let's just say I ate well *cough cough*. Well some cake, a beer and a complementary cocktail aren't going to hurt ;). Anyway I was super tired today after a couple of restless nights so I skipped the an ab workout and gave the cardio a miss too.
Also, thanks to some awesome new 20" dumbbell handles I obtained on my b-day, I'll be able to bench press with 5kg plates which will feel way better. I Can't wait to try them out for tomorrow's push workout I have planned.
Meal 1 - Scrambled eggs with cheese (3/4 cup whites), and about 6 rice cakes and a nut bar.
Meal 2 - Can of tuna, cup of instant brown rice and a garden salad.
Snack - Large Oreo shake from McDonalds and a nut bar.
Meal 3 - Footlong turkey sub on wheat bread, all salads, cheese and some honey mustard sauce, and a medium cappuccino with skim milk and 2 sugars.
Meal 4 - 2 skinless chicken breasts, about 2 cups of mashed potatoes and a bowl of frozen veggies.
Snack - A few hand fulls of Red Rock Deli chips and a Protein shake (2 tablespoons of Nature's Way, 1 1/2 cups of low fat milk)
