Chest and back workout (week 4)


Bench press: 77.5 kg 9/5/3/3 + drop-sets (70 kg 3, 60 kg 3, 40 kg 8)
Wide-grip chins: 10 kg 9/3/3/3
Incline bench press: 62.5 kg 10/4/3
Barbell rows: 60 kg 11/4/4
Dumbbell flyes: 14 kg 12/8/6
One-arm dumbbell rows: 27.5 kg 10/8/6
