Legs Workout - Week 4

Workout 1.30 pm

  • Barbell hack squats: 80 kg12/8/6
  • Barbell back squats: 60 kg 10/10/8
  • Dumbbell calf raises: 62 kg 12/10/8
  • Romanian deadlifts: 80 kg 10/6/4 *
  • Dumbbell side bends: 20 kg 12/10/8

*Grip failed before legs/back
