Late night workout at about 8pm with Pat. I had a sinus infection which made the workout that little bit harder, but overall it was good to get it done.

Barbell rows: 80 kg 6/75 kg 5/75 kg 4 + Drop set 60 kg 5 + Drop set 40 kg 10
Pull-ups: 10 kg 10/3/3
Chins: 3kg 7/5/4
Barbell Curls: 25 kg 9/5/3
Side raises: 11 kg 8/6/4
Knee raises: 7.5 kg 12/6/6
