  • Incline bench press: 60 kg 12/6/5
  • Chest dips: BW + 11 kg 9/6/5
  • Standing shoulder press: 35 kg 6/30 kg 6/30 kg 5
  • EZ bar lying triceps extensions: 25 kg 9/7/5
