Easy Does it - Ab and Forearm Work

Energy: Average
Cardio: 15 min evening jog
Total Time: 20 - 30 mins

1. Bodyweight Reverse crunches + Crunches supersets

  • 30/15/12 (reverse crunches)
  • 15/12/12 (crunches)

2. Wrist curls - 15/12/10 @ 2.5 kg

3. Reverse wrist curls - 12/10/8 @ 2.5 kg

Today I headed over to my sisters house for my nephews 15th birthday. I had a small bulk cook up yesterday so I brought some sweet potato and chicken with me and had that for lunch. It was really refreshing not having to cook for once.

As for my forearm, it felt a little stiff and sore today. This could be because I've been going a little bit heavy on wrist curls, so I'm going to reduce the weight and go easy on them.
