Abs and Calves

Forearm is still playing up badly, so it's calves and abs until it starts to improve (Abs done as a giant set).

1. Single leg calf raises: 9/6/6/5 @ BW + 5 kg
2. Hanging leg raises: 15/12 @ BW + 1.75 kg DB between feet
3. Weighted crunches: 15/12 @ 10 kg
4. Bicycle crunches: 15/12 @ BW
