Single leg calf raises: 12/9/8/7 @ BW + 5kg
Hanging leg raises: 15/12 @ 2.5 kg
Crunches: 20/20 @ 10 kg
Bicycles: 15/12 @ BW

Cardio - Easy 12 minutes run
