Good workout this morning. My elbow felt fine throughout the workout besides a little bit of soreness towards the end. I decided to do some really light arm work at the end and that didn't seem to aggravate my condition which was good. 

Upper Body Workout - 10.30 am


Bench - 3 x 15 @ 35 kg
Dumbbell rows - 3 x 15 @ 12. 5 kg
Incline dumbbell press - 3 x 15 @ 12.5 kg
Bent-over rows - 3 x 15 @ 25 kg
Seated side raises -  15, 12 @ 3 kg
Alternating hammer curls -  2 x 15 @ 5 kg
Bench dips - 2 x 12 @ Bodyweight
