Began with lower body stretches
Lower body
Front squats - 15/12/12 @ 30 kg
BB split squats - 15/15/15 @ 20 kg
Lying leg curls - 15/15/15 @ 20 kg
BB calf raises - 15/15/12 @ 42.5 kg
Core (supersets)
Crunches - 15/15 @ 17.5 kg
Side bends - 12/12 @ 7.5 kg
Forearms
Finished up with two sets of eccentric wrist curls and reverse wrist curls with a 5kg dumbbell, and then applied some ice.
Overall a good workout although I was feeling tired. My front squats were a little shaky, but I'll work on them next time.
