Lying dumbbell tricep extensions
Friday - Legs
Barbell squats
Hack squats
Romanian deadlifts
Dumbbell calf raises (single leg)
Saturday - Abs
Weighted crunches
Hanging knee raises
Bicycle crunches
Plank
Cardio 2 - 3 times per week
