Meal 1 - Scrambled eggs (half a cup of egg whites and a yolk with grated cheddar cheese), four pieces of toast, a multi-vitamin, and a medium cappuccino with one sugar.
Snack - Protein shake with water
Meal 2 - Footlong roasted chicken sub with all salads on wheat bread with a little bit of ranch sauce.
Snack - Small bowl of Doritos and a glass of Pepsi
Meal 3 - Can of tuna in springwater and a 1 1/2 cups of instant brown rice
Cardio - HIIT
15 minutes HIIT on the elliptical. 20 second sprints and 40 second jog intervals.
Meal 4 - Sweet and sour chicken with white rice (pre-prepared from Woolworths) with mixed frozen vegetables
Meal 5 - 1 Cup of oats, 1 1/2 cups of low-fat milk with protein powder
Snack - Glass of low-fat milk
