Went to Dark Zone for Stevens birthday before attempting to study at Elises. Didn't eat enough today but I'll make up for it tomorrow ;)
Meal 1 - 1 cup of oats, 1 1/2 cups of milk with honey, and a protein shake (Natures Way protein powder, 1 cup of milk)
Meal 2 - Footlong chicken teriyaki sub, all salads, ranch sauce on wheat bread
Snack - Lactose free vanilla yoghurt, large cappuccino from McDonalds, and a fruit and nut bar
Meal 3 - Piece of scotch steak, Baked potatoes and sweet potatoes and mixed frozen veggies
Workout - HIIT
17 minutes on the elliptical, 20 second sprint intervals, 40 seconds jog intervals.
Snack - Banana chill, 2 pieces of Burgen wholegrain toast with peanut butter and a glass of milk
