More studying

Spent most of the day studying, looking forward to getting Tuesday's tests over with.

Meal 1 - 3 cups of Nutri-Grain, 1 1/2 cups of low fat milk, a protein shake made with water, an orange, and a multi-vitamin.

Meal 2 - 1 cup of rice pasta, 1 can of tuna in springwater, cup of frozen veggies and some grated cheddar cheese.

Meal 3 - Protein shake made with a cup of low fat milk, a cup of oats and an apple

Meal 4 - Half a chicken breast with mixed herbs, cherry tomatoes, steamed broccoli and 2 cups of brown rice.

Snack - Cappuccino with one sugar, 2 pieces of milk chocolate, and 2 pieces of Burgen quinoa and flaxseed toast with honey.

Meal 5 - Scrambled eggs (3 whites, 1 yolk), with salsa and a cup of brown rice

Meal 6 - Protein shake with 1 1/2 cups of low fat milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter.
