Seated BB Shoulder Press - 35kg (+10) for 8, 5, 3
DB Flyes - 15kg (+3) for 12, 8, 6*
Lying DB Extensions - 10kg (+2) for 9, 4, 4
Pushups - bodyweight for 22 reps to finish
