Study and Crumbed Chicken

Today was a long day studying for my upcoming CB test Wednesday so nothing too exciting happened. Oh wait I managed to give myself a nice cut next to my eye that looks really bad ass. Apart from that I did a bit of forearm work with 2.5kg on the bar which felt pretty good. Diet wasn't that great today, but I'll cut myself some slack just this once ;).

Meal 1 - Bowl of oats with sultanas (1 cup of oats, 1 1/2 cups of low fat milk), protein shake (2 tablespoons of Natures Way with 1 cup of low fat milk) and a mandarin.

Meal 2 - Crumbed chicken (approx. half a large chicken breast crumbed in GF bread crumbs and mixed herbs and spices), 2 cups of brown rice, mixed salad veggies and sweet chilli sauce

Snack - Protein shake  (2 tablespoons of Natures Way with 1 cup of low fat milk) and 2 pieces of burgen wholegrain toast with natural peanut butter.

Meal  3 - Large Lamb chop, 2 small potatoes, 2 small sweet potatoes, mixed salad veggies, and a bit of grated cheese.

Snack - 5 Oreo's with a cup of tea (1 sugar, no milk)

Snack - Protein shake (2 tablespoons of Natures Way with 1 cup of low fat milk) and a Ski yoghurt

* I also had an instant coffee in there somewhere as well.
