Squats: 77.5 kg 10/8/6
Romanian deadlifts: 75 kg 10/6/6
Front squats: 55 kg 12/8/6
Lying leg curls: 45 kg 10/5/3
Dumbbell calf raises: 50 kg 12/10/8/7 + bodyweight for 10 reps
