Wide-grip chins: 10 kg 11/3/3
Incline bench press: 65 kg 10/5/4
Barbell rows: 62.5 kg 9/5/4
Dumbbell flyes: 15 kg 12/8/6
One-arm dumbbell rows: 30 kg 10/8/6
Today was a great chest workout, and I made some great progress on all my lifts. The creatine isgiving me that edge I needed I think ;).
