Diet overview

I wanted to look at carb cycling, but to keep things simple I'm going to try cutting back on carbs just a little for a few weeks and up the cardio instead and see how that goes.

 I've crunched the numbers and worked out I need about 3500 calories a day to keep gaining. At a 30/50/20 ratio, that means I'll need roughly the following macronutrients per meal (at 6 meals per day):
  • 40 grams protein
  • 70 grams protein
  • 10 grams fat
Tonight I'm going to cook up some bulk chicken breasts, brown rice and some other food as well so I can stick to these numbers better hopefully ;)
