Chest and Back Workout (Started Creatine Loading)


Had a great, but very long, chest and back workout today. My reps were way to low for my liking for bench press, but I'll stick to the same weight next week. I also started loading creatine today, so next week it'll be interesting to see if it has made any difference when I hit this same workout again.

Today's workout
Bench press: 77.5 kg 7/5/4/3
Wide-grip chins: 8.5kg 10/4/4/3
Incline bench press: 62.5kg 9/6/4
Underhand grip barbell rows: 57.5 kg 12/6/5
Dumbbell flyes: 13 kg 10/8/6
One-arm dumbbell rows: 26 kg 10/7/5
