Had my second CB test tonight at about 5pm so I didn't get home until late. I decided to push for a late leg workout even though I felt like I didn't have much in me. The workout actually didn't go to bad, and I managed to record some of my squats to check my form. I found I'm leaning to the right when I squat (could be my flat feet, bad knees, who knows..) which explains why I now have a sprain in the right hand side of my back. Anyway, if it doesn't get better after plenty of rest I'll probably get it checked out, along with my feet when I get the time.

Front squats: 52.5kg 9/7/5
Lying leg curls: 41.25kg 10/7/4
Dumbbell calf raises: 45 kg 12/10/8/7/5

Food Journal
Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 4 wholewheat Mountain bread wraps, some ham, and BBQ sauce
Meal 2: Can of tuna in olive oil, 1 cup of brown rice, and mixed frozen vegetables, and a medium cappuccino with skim milk and 1 sugar
Meal 3: 2 chicken thighs and half a very large baked sweet potato
Meal 4: Piece of steak, 2 cups of brown rice, and broccolini
Meal 5: Protein shake with a 1 1/2 cups of low fat milk, 1 cup of oats with 1 cup of low fat milk, raspberries, and honey
Snack: Large glass of low fat milk
