More Study, Coffee, Nando's, and Cardio

Studied most of the day away again for my test tomorrow. I had a shocking headache all morning, until I had my usual coffee... that tells me I'm becoming a little too dependant on caffeine. I need to slowly stop drinking coffee once uni's over. Until then, I don't think I'll have a choice but to keep drinking it everyday to keep that headache at bay (haha that's a good rhyme). Apart from that, I ate pretty well today and got in some good quality low intensity cardio on the elliptical. 

Today's Workout: 20 minutes of low intensity jogging on the elliptical

Food Journal

Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 2 yolks, 4 pieces of toast, and a medium cappuccino from McDonalds (one sugar, skim milk)

Snack: Oat bar

Meal 2: 2 cups of instant brown rice, 2 chicken thighs, and mixed frozen vegetables

Meal 3:  Protein shake with a 1 1/2 cup of low fat milk, and 1 1/2 cups of quinoa cooked in rice milk with sugar

Meal 4:  4 chicken tenderloins (lemon and lime) and a large spicy rice from Nando's, with a bowl of frozen vegetables

Meal 5: Protein shake in water and a Harvey Fresh lactose free yoghurt (forrest fruit)
