Leg Workout

Had an awesome leg workout tonight followed by a nice brisk walk. I had a coffee about half an hour before I started and it gave me the energy I needed to get through the workout.

Leg workout - 9.00pm

Squats: 75 kg 12/8/6
Romanian Deadlifts: 73.5 kg 10/8/4
Front Squats: 52.5 kg 10/8/6
Hamstring Curls: 42.5 kg 10/6/5
Dumbbell Calf Raises: 47 kg 12/10/8/8
