Reducing fat, while still building muscle
I want to lose a little fat on my stomach for summer this year, but I still want to get bigger. To do this I'm going to do light cardio everyday of the week (brisk walking and light jogging on the elliptical), and try to cut out most of the sugar in my diet, while still taking in about 3500 calories from food. The cardio should bring me down to about 3400 or less calories, so hopefully it'll help me keep the fat gains at bay. I'll give this about two weeks and then I'll check my progress.
