Early Morning Ab Workout - Week 6


Weighted knee raises: 2.5 kg 12/10/8
Weighted crunches: 10 kg 15/10/10
Oblique crunches: No weight 25/20/15
Finished off with some bodyweight crunches

This morning I had an early morning ab workout before heading up to Claremont with Elise to celebrate her grandparents 60th anniversary.It was pretty good, and it was the first time I tried weighted knee raises.
