End of Exams, Push Workout - Week 2



Last day of exams! I didn't get much sleep last night, but I still had a great workout thanks to the natural high from finishing uni for the year :D.

Push Workout
Dumbbell bench press - 62 kg 10/5/4/3
Incline barbell bench press - 65 kg 10/5/5
Standing barbell shoulder press - 32.5 kg 8/6/5
Chest dips - BW + 5 kg dumbbell 11/6/5
Lying barbell triceps extensions - 21 kg 10/6/4

Notes

Today was a great workout. The only thing is next week I'll use the EZ bar for triceps extensions as it'll be easier to get the right grip.
