Pull workout - Week 2

Early workout at about 12.30pm after going to the beach.

Barbell rows: 67.5 kg 10/7/5/4
Weighted pull-ups: 5 kg 11/6/4
Chins: BW 8/5/4
Barbell curls: 21 kg 12/7/5
Single arm side raises: 10 kg 10/6/6
Knee raises: 6 kg 12/10/8
