As of today here are my current body stats:
Chest: 106 cm
Arms: 38 cm
Thigh: 57 cm
Calf: 38 cm
Abdomen: 86 cm
Weight: 83.4kg
Since the end of August(about 2 months ago) I've lost around a kilo since recently cutting my calories down and eating cleaner. I've visibly leaned up a little which is what I wanted, but I want to keep gaining still. So to do that I'm going to up my calories by about 100 per day and see how that goes in a week or two.
