This morning I woke up and went for a 25 minute walk before breakfast. The sun was so good! Later in the day I had a hard leg workout that was finished in about 50 minutes.

Squats: 85 kg 8/6/5/4
RDL: 80 kg 10/6/4
Hack squats: 77.5 kg 8/6/4
Dumbbell calf raises: 60 kg 12/10/8 + burn set with bodyweight 8
