Pull workout - Week 1

Today I had a bit of an earlier workout at around 11 am. It was awesome working out earlier, and I felt great afterwards.

Also, as for my diet, I'm going to change my calories again down to 3040 to hopefully lean up for summer. I'll be sticking to that for a few weeks and see if that works for me.

Pull Workout


Bent-over rows: 65 kg 11/9/7/5
Wide-grip pullups: 85 kg BW + 5 kg 9/7/5
Chinups: 85 kg BW 9/7/5
Barbell curls: 20 kg 12/7/5
Single arm side raises: 9 kg 12/7/5 + drop set at 5 kg for 7
Knee raises: 5 kg 12/8/8

Total time: 59 minutes including warm-up
