To workout or not to workout. Well I wasn't going to workout at all for the next week due to my final exams, but I thought why not and got right into my new routine.
Flat dumbbell bench press: 60 kg 10/7/5/4
Incline barbell bench press: 70 kg 6 (too heavy), 65 kg 6/4
Standing barbell shoulder press: 30 kg 10/7/6
Chest dips: 84 kg bodyweight + 2.5 kg dumbbell 10/8/6
Lying overhad barbell extensions: 20 kg 10/8/6
Crunches: 10 kg 15/12/10
