- Benching 65 kg for 8 reps
- Squatting 56 kg for 8 reps
- Shoulder pressing (seated) 22.5 kg for 8 reps
- Doing 10 pullups, with no weight
Now, I'm currently:
- Benching 80 kg for 10 reps
- Squatting 80 kg for 12 reps
- Shoulder pressing (standing) 37.5 kg for 10 reps
- Doing pullups with an 11 kg dumbbell between my legs for 10 reps
