This time last year

Thought I would see how far I've come in the past 12 months. This time last year:

  • Benching 65 kg for 8 reps
  • Squatting 56 kg for 8 reps
  • Shoulder pressing (seated) 22.5 kg for 8 reps
  • Doing 10 pullups, with no weight

Now, I'm currently:

  • Benching 80 kg for 10 reps
  • Squatting 80 kg for 12 reps
  • Shoulder pressing (standing) 37.5 kg for 10 reps
  • Doing pullups with an 11 kg dumbbell between my legs for 10 reps
