Shoulders and Arms - Week 7

Standing barbell shoulder press: 37.5 kg 10/6/5
Dumbbell side raises: 9 kg 10/7/5 + drop set at 5 kg 10
Rear lateral raises: 9 kg 10/8/6

Seated dumbbell curls: 16 kg 8/5/4
Lying dumbbell triceps extensions: 12.5 kg 7/6/5

Seated hammer curls (both arms at once): 13 kg12/8/6
Overhead dumbbell triceps extensions (one dumbbell): 20 kg 10/7/6

Finished of with some close grip chins and diamond pushups. I also got in a nice 25 minute brisk walk after the workout. Overall very good workout.
