Legs - Week 2

Working out back to back days wasn't the best idea, but I felt like getting in a legs workout tonight. The humidity was unreal making this a very challenging workout.


  • Barbell hack squats: 82.5 kg 10/8/5
  • Barbell back squats: 62.5 kg 10/8/8
  • Dumbbell calf raises: 65 kg 15/10/8
  • Romanian deadlifts: 80 kg 11/5/5
