Pull workout - Week 2

Today I worked out on my own. It was extremely hot even at 6pm but I got through okay. The curls were a little heavy, but I'll keep the same weight next week and bring the reps up.
  • Underhand bent-over rows: 70 kg 10/6/4/4
  • Chins: 12/5 kg 10/6/4
  • Wide-grip pullups: BW 10/6/4
  • Barbell curls: 25 kg 8/5/4
  • Single arm lateral raises: 11 kg 8/5/4
    • Finished with bodyweight pullups for 8 reps
