Push - Week 3


Today I felt extremely sick. My body was drained and I felt like I had just gotten over a flu or something. I pushed through the workout although it wasn't the best.
  • Bench press: 82.5 kg 9/5/3 + Dropsets
    • 60 kg 6
    • 40 kg 8
  • Incline bench press: 65 kg: 7/5/3
  • Chest dips: 12.5 kg 8/6/4
  • Standing shoulder press: 35 kg 8/5/4
  • EZ bar triceps extensions: 26 kg 9/6/4
Finished with a set of diamond pushups to failure
