Bar weight

Ever since I started out lifting I have never included the weight of the bars or dumbbell handles. I thought it would be a smart idea to start doing it to get a better idea of the true weight I'm lifting. My main 6 foot bar weighs 7.4 kg so I'll start adding that into my workout logs. I'll work out the dumbbell handle weights later on.
