Great workout tonight, felt really energised. I was aiming to hit a lower rep range (3 - 8) so I increased the weight a by a fair amount on most of the exercises, but I ended up pushing out relatively high reps for most even with the increase. I'm not complaining though, it's good progress :D

Flat dumbbell bench press: 70 kg 8/4/2
Incline dumbbell bench press: 55 kg 10/7/5
Standing overhead press: 37.5 kg 9/5/4
Chest dips: BW + 10 kg 10/6/5
EZ bar lying triceps extensions: 25 kg 11/6/5
Crunches: 15 kg 15/12/10
