Today I had an earlier workout at about 12. I spent a good 20 minutes warming up and the workout lasted about 40 - 50 minutes. My knees still don't feel 100% and in my warmup sets I still felt a slight pain in my groin on my right side.
The actual working sets didn't feel to bad though, and the sets were intense . Overall a good workout, however next week I want to change things up to make the workout shorter and replace squats as the primary lift.
Workout
- Squats: 87.5 kg 8/6/5
- Dumbbell lunges: 45kg 10/8/6
- Romanian deadlift: 85 kg 10/6/5
- Single leg dumbbell calf raises: 22.5 kg 10/7/5 + burn set of 10 reps with no weight for each leg + burn set both legs at the same time with no weight*
- Dumbbell side bends: 17.5 kg 12/10/8
Went for a 30 minute brisk walk in the evening.
