Legs - Week 4

Today I was still very sick, but forced myself to have a leg workout. I felt much better once I had finished. I'm lifting a hefty amount of weight on hack squats now making them tricky to get into position, so I might look into changing exercise order.
  • Barbell hack squats: 95 kg 9/6/4
  • Barbell squats (full): 75 kg 10/8/6
  • Romanian deadlifts: 90 kg 9/6/3 *
  • Dumbbell calf raises: 72 kg 13/8/7
    • Burn set with bodyweight for 12
*This week I performed the deadlifts before the calf raises because of grip issues. I will keep this order for  next months routine.
