- Barbell squats (full): 75 kg 10/8/6
- Romanian deadlifts: 90 kg 9/6/3 *
- Dumbbell calf raises: 72 kg 13/8/7
- Burn set with bodyweight for 12
*This week I performed the deadlifts before the calf raises because of grip issues. I will keep this order for next months routine.
