Change to 50/30/20 Macro Ratio

Today hasn't been the best. I had to skip my leg workout because I had some major stomach trouble, and I'm also noticeably run down and tired. My stomach trouble could be a result of too much protein, so I'll lower my intake and make sure I get enough fibre as well. As of today I'm going to use a 50/30/20 macro ratio instead of my usual 40/40/20 and see how I go.

For the rest of the night I think I'll take it easy and try to eat the best I can. After a solid sleep tonight I should feel much better and recovered tomorrow.
