Push Workout - Light Week



Today I had a lighter workout, but didn't feel motivated at all. Being unwell for the past couple of days has probably caused this. This is also the first week of trying a different rep scheme.  I'll keep this rep scheme for the next month and see how that goes. My theory is the a shorter workout will let me concentrate and put more energy into each lift.

  • Barbell bench press: 77.5 kg 12/8/6/4
  • Incline barbell bench press: 60 kg 8/5
  • Dumbbell flyes: 15 kg 12/7
  • Standing barbell shoulder press: 37.5 kg 11/7/6
  • Tricep dips: Bodyweight 12/8
