Pull Workout - Light Week

Quick note about yesterday. The DOMS in my chest from Saturdays push workout was insane. I was much sorer than my usual push workouts. This could be the reduced sets or the higher rep range.

Today's workout was pretty good, I decided to wake up earlier and hit the weights at about 9.45 am. The workout was great with the reduced sets, and the whole workout excluding warmup only took 40 minutes. Before the workout I had a liquid breakfast consisting of a scoop of protein powder, 2/3 cup of oats, a banana, a handful of almonds, 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, and a cup of hilo milk.

Here's todays workout:

  • Underhand barbell rows: 67.5 kg 14/8/7/5
  • Chins: Bodyweight 13/7
  • Pullups: Bodyweight 6/5
  • Standing lateral raises: 6 kg 15/10
  • Seated rear delt flyes: 6 kg 13/10
  • Standing supinated dumbbell curls: 10 kg 17/8/6
