Today I had a triple shot cappuccino from McDonalds before hitting a quick but intense leg workout. It tasted revolting, but it definitely gave me that edge I needed to finish the workout strong. I tried 97.5 kg on squats which felt really heavy, but great at the same time.
Tonight's workout went as follows:
- Back squats: 97.5 kg 7/5/3
- Barbell hack squats: 77.5 kg 10/10/8
- RDL's: 97.5 kg 6/4/2 *
- Dumbbell calf raises: 75 kg 13/8/4
- Burn set with bodyweight for 15
*Grip gave out well before anything else
