Today's workout:
  • Bench press: 95 kg 6/4/4/3
  • Incline bench press: 77.5 kg 8/5
  • Dumbbell flyes: 17.5 kg 10/6
  • Standing overhead press: 47.5 kg 8/5/3
  • Tricep dips: Bodyweight + 5 kg 10/5/5
