First jog in a long while

Tried my luck running today. I tore out the insides of my old joggers and put my insoles into them to see if they would help alleviate any pain. I also did a good 15 minutes of stretching as well. The jog itself ended up going okay. The old pains weren't there as much, but there was a little pain in my knees. I took it easy and managed to run for 2kms or so.

I'm going to run again soon, but I'm going to wait a good few days before I do.
