  • Squats: 100kg 6/4/3 (+2.5 kg)
  • Hack squats (close stance): 75 kg 10/8/6 (+ 3kg)
  • Romanian deadlifts: 100 kg 7/5/4 (2.5 kg)
  • Barbell calf raises (holding bar): 60 kg 15/10/8
