First Workout of 2012, Pull Workout - Week 3

Today's workout was done in about 45 minutes including warmup. I'm using too much weight on my rows and my form is suffering a bit, but other than that it was a decent workout.


  • Underhand barbell bent-over rows: 85 kg 6/4/3/3 (+1 rep)
  • Chins: Bodyweight + 17.5 kg 8/5 (+2 reps)
  • Pullups (medium grip): Bodyweight + 5 kg 7/5
  • Side laterals: 9 kg 13/9 (+ 0.5 kg)
  • Reverse flyes: 9 kg 12/8
  • Standing dumbbell curls (supinated): 13.5 kg 14/6/4
