Chest - Week 3

Today I had a bad day and I wasn't feeling this workout. I still managed to push through, and it went like this:

  • Barbell bench press: 95 kg 7/3/2/2 (+1 rep first set)
    • 77.5  kg 4
    • 67.5 kg 6
  • Incline barbell bench press: 80 kg 6/3 (+ 2.5 kg)
  • Dumbbell flyes: 16 kg 14/8 (+2 reps, week before last)
  • Standing overhead press: 47.5 kg 5/3/2 (+ 2.5 kg)
  • Triceps dips: Bodyweight + 6 kg 9/6/4 (+ 1 kg)
