Intense leg workout - Week 1
What a workout, I could barely walk afterwards. The reverse pyramids on squats were insane! This leg workout I added in some barbell lunges which were a little tricky a first, but not bad once I got the hand of them. Really felt it in my glutes though. Next week I'll try not stepping out as far.
